I love a great fruitcake, especially around Christmas time. Each year, I enjoy baking fruitcakes and packing them in decorated tins to give to family and friends. Of course, I always have to make an extra one for myself, because of the tempting aromas that fill my kitchen and home while baking them. Occasionally, I make these fruitcake cookies as gifts or as part of my holiday buffet at home. They are always the hit of the party!
