People across the state are telling us how they "do the 2" in order to live a healthier life. It can be as easy as taking the stairs, parking farther from the store or playing with your kids. Whatever you do, we want to know! So, how do you do the 2?

I Do the 2!

  • Jazzercise is a great way to workout. Also, BREC offers different dance classes that are fun to do with friends or a significant other and fairly cheap!

  • I stopped using elevators if I'm only going up a few floors. Also, if I'm craving something that's a little on the heavy side, like pasta or potatoes, I make sure to pair it with grilled chicken or fish and fresh vegetables instead of anything fried.
